Refund Policy

48-Hour Money-Back Guarantee

First-time subscribers receive a 48-hour money-back guarantee. If The Firefighter Medic isn't the right fit within 48 hours of your first subscription payment, contact admin@thefirefightermedic.com for a full refund.

Eligibility

The money-back guarantee applies to:

• Your first subscription only
• Requests received within 48 hours of initial payment
• Accounts in good standing (no Terms of Service violations)

After the 48-Hour Window

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial subscription periods. You retain full access until your current billing period ends, and you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are also covered by the 48-hour money-back guarantee. After 48 hours, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active for the full year.

Cancellation vs. Refund

How to Request a Refund

Email admin@thefirefightermedic.com with:

• Your account email
• Date of subscription
• Reason for refund (optional but helpful)

We respond to refund requests within 1 business day. Approved refunds appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

• Suspected fraud or abuse
• Terms of Service violations
• Requests received after the 48-hour window (except as required by law)
• Accounts that have used the service extensively during the 48-hour period

We may grant exceptions for genuine hardship, technical issues, or billing errors at our discretion. Email admin@thefirefightermedic.com to explain your situation.
